Within the scope of the development of the Clinic for Brain & Mental Illnesses (CMME) at the heart of the Saint Anne Hospital Centre in Paris, which entailed the construction of a 3 storey underground carpark absorbing the over ground parking space to extend the structure’s landscaped gardens.
The operation of the facility would be outsourced under a leased concession contract.
The M&G GROUP was responsible for the Project Management Support during the design and completion phases of the works, as well as the implementation of the Public Service concession (DSP) for the operation of the structure.
