Case study
Restructuring and increasing capacity (84 places) for the EHPAD (Social Care Entity) in La Ferté Alais.
This project aimed at better servicing the needs of the care residents, whilst simultaneously improving staff working conditions.
Only the historic building was preserved and completely restructured. The other buildings were demolished and rebuilt to current standards of comfort whilst ensuring the streamlining of the logistical flows.
To ensure the correct roll-out of the project, the EHPAD allocated the Project Management mandate to the M&G GROUP.
