Case study
As part of an extension plan for the Hospital centre, linked to the building of a medico-technical platform, it was decided to build a 650 space carpark.
The M&G GROUP implemented the PPP in the form of a Public Service Concession (DSP) backed by a Emphyteutic Hospital lease to finish, finance and operate the structure.
The M&G GROUP assisted the entity during the implementation of the Lease and the DSP, until the final selection of the appointed party, and the implementation of the contract with the latter.
The M&G GROUP was then involved in monitoring the construction of the Carpark and assisting the Hospital Centre in the operational launch of the structure.
